To Whom It May Concern:
In reference to the security
system that we currently have installed using
American Digital Security (ADS), it is such
an improvement over what we had. We no longer
have to watch hours of video in order to find
the correct event or incident. We can just go
to the approximate date and time, pull it up,
record it to a CD and we are good to go.
Our local emergency services
(fire and police departments) have access to
real time video feeds via the internet. This
allows them the opportunity to have more frequent
surveillance and/or a more appropriate, effective
and safer response in emergent situations.
The door access points
have eliminated the need to disrupt the school
day with practice or real lock downs. We are
totally locked down most of the time with electronic
and by permission-only access, with a minimal
transition period.
The willingness on the
part of ADS to assure satisfaction with our
system is superb. They have gone the extra mile
allowing us to tailor our system to fit our
needs and not sell us on options that just are
not essential to our needs. This has allowed
us to have a quality and functional system at
half the cost of other companies.
ADS equipment has performed
wonderfully and when we have had concerns they
were timely on getting us some resolution with
new or even upgraded replacement equipment.
I am very confident with ADS and would recommend
them highly.
